The Atlas Behavioral Consultation team comprises experienced, values-driven behavior analysts and compassionate support staff, led by Dr. Cody Morris.
Dr. Morris is a leading expert in behavior-analytic services specializing in client involvement in therapeutic decisions, assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, and organizational practices. His work in these areas has been widely recognized, with 30 publications and over 100 presentations at professional conferences. Dr. Morris serves on the Editorial Boards of Behavior Analysis in Practice, is the Director of the Executive Board for the Rhode Island Association for Behavior Analysis, and is the Host of the podcast All Things Behavior.
Clinical Team
Megan Ellsworth, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Megan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst based in Rhode Island. She received her M.S. in Behavior Analysis from Salve Regina University and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis at Salve Regina University. Megan was first introduced to applied behavior analysis as an undergraduate student when she worked as a behavior technician and hasn’t left the field since! Since becoming a BCBA, she has provided services in both public schools and alternative special education schools. Megan’s clinical interests range from assessing and treating challenging behavior, improving data collection practices, and identifying effective teaching strategies to build new skill repertoires.

Patrick Wieszciecinski, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Behavior Analyst
Patrick received his M.A. in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University in 2019 and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis at Salve Regina University. Since becoming a BCBA, Patrick has worked with clients across a wide range of ages, settings, and service contexts. His clinical interests include early language and communication development, teaching adaptive and independent living skills, teaching pre-academic skills, and the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior.
Sophia Blomberg, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Behavior Analyst
Sophia is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst based in Rhode Island. She received her M.S. in Behavior Analysis from Salve Regina University. Sophia began working in the field as a behavior technician in an early intervention clinic for children with autism. Since becoming a BCBA, she has provided services in public schools, clinics, and group homes. Sophia is passionate about assessing and treating challenging behavior, increasing the skills of those she works with, and celebrating successes both big and small!
